| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刀、臭氧联合玻璃酸钠注射膝关节治疗骨性关节炎的优良率。方法:2010年2月~2012年11月共收治门诊80例膝骨性关节炎患者,分为对照组40例和观察组40例,观察组患者进行针刀松解、臭氧、玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合治疗。对照组为针刀松解加臭氧治疗。结果:观察组治疗1个疗程后优良率与对照组比较有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀、臭氧联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节炎优良率有显著优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observing the excellent rate of the needle knife、ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate cure the keen osteoarthritis .Methods:from February 2010 to November 2012, there were 80 peoples with knee osteoarthritis disease from clinic patients, divided into control group and observation group ,each group formed by forty cases, observation group of patients with recent release, ozone, intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate combination therapy. Control group for recent release and ozone treatment. Results:There was a significant differences (P<0.05) between control group and observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:the needle knife, ozone combined sodium hyaluronate injection treatment knee arthritis had a significant advantage. |
