冠心病经络腧穴反应的研究及在治未病中的临床运用

目的：通过分析冠心病经络腧穴的病理反应规律,为临床早期防治冠心病提供借鉴。方法：楂阅近10年国内外研究文献,从经络腧穴病理反应发生部位、形式、特性等方面来探讨其临床规律。结果：冠心病经络腧穴的病理反应多表现为病变部位附近、胸背部、经脉循行线上、耳部或其他全息单元上,成组出现的穴位色泽、感觉、组织形态和生物物理特性等方面的改变,并具有相对特异性。结论：利用冠心病经络腧穴病理反应的相对特异性和灵敏性,早期干预,及时防治,从而达到＂未病先防＂的作用。

Reaction of Acupuncture Points in Patients with coronary Heart Disease and its Clinical Practice in Disease Prevention

Objectives：To analyze the pathology of meridians and acupoints coronary heart disease reaction rule,early prevention of coronary heart disease in clinical for reference.Method：The past 10 years,research literature,from the pathological reaction of meridians and acupoints location,form,characteristics such as to investigate the clinical rule.Results：CHD Meridian acupoints pathological response showed more lesions near the chest and back meridian line,ear or other holographic element,the color point group appear,feel,morphology and biophysical properties such as changes,and with relative specificity.Conclusions：The pathological response of meridians and acupoints coronary heart disease relative specificity and sensitivity,early intervention,prevention and treatment in time to achieve the ＂not disease prevention first＂ role.
