温补脾肾法在慢性支气管炎中的应用

慢性支气管炎为本虚标实的疾病。本虚为肺脾肾不足。治疗两则:喘证(痰热犯肺型),治宜清热化痰平喘;慢性支气管炎、肺气肿(脾肾虚寒型),治宜温补脾肾,纳气平喘。指出:适当结合温补脾肾之法,才能恢复脏腑的阳气,各脏腑温煦、推动、气化、固摄作用才能发挥,主气司呼吸的功能才能正常。
