血清胱抑素C联合尿微量白蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病早期肾损害诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者肾损害的早期诊断价值。方法用免疫比浊法检测血清Cys C、mALB,用酶法检测血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr),并对结果进行统计学处理。结果 GDM期各组分别与对照组CysC、尿mALB、SCr比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。GDM中期孕妇组BUN水平均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);GDM组CysC与mALB呈正相关(r=0.656,P<0.01)。结论 Cys C、mALB可作为妊娠糖尿病早期肾损害的敏感指标,联合检测对更好地早期诊断妊娠糖尿病肾病具有重要意义。

Diagnostic value of the combinative measuring of serum cystatin C and urine microalbumin in gestationai diabetes mellitus patients with early renal injury

Objective To study the early diagnosis value of cystatin C（CysC ）and urine microalbumin（mALB）on renal injures of gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The concentration of cystatin C and microalbuminuria were detemined by nephelometry method,The levels of the blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and the creatinine（Scr） were measured by enzymatic method and statistical analysis was carried out. Results The levels of serum Cys C,urine microalbuminuria and Scr in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were obviously higher than those of the normal groups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） The level of BUN had no significantly difference in those two group patients（P〈0.05）, Serum Cys C was positively correlated with urine mieroalbuminuria（r= 0. 656）in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Conclusion Cystatin C Quantified the serum levels of Cys C and microalbuminuria together have important significance in the early diagnostic in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
