舒利迭联合布地奈德治疗儿童重度支气管哮喘急性发作的应用价值

目的 探讨舒利迭联合布地奈德治疗儿童重度支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）急性发作的临床应用价值.方法 将2010年5月-2013年5月间来我院就诊的102例重度哮喘急性发作的患儿随机分为对照组50例及观察组52例,在给予基础治疗的同时,对照组给予雾化吸入舒利迭50/100 μg,3次/d;观察组雾化吸入舒利迭50/100 μg,3次/d和布地奈德400 μg,2次/d;1疗程为3～6 d;用药结束后对疗效进行评价,记录患者咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部啰音和喘息的消除时间以及FEV1、PEF和FEV1/FVC的变化情况.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（88.5％ vs 72％）,差异有统计学意义（x2=4.38,P＜0.05）;两组患者治疗后FEV1、PEF和FEV1/FVC均有上升（P＜0.05）,且观察组改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组的临床症状消失时间均低于对照组,其中咳嗽、呼吸困难和喘息的消失时间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）.结论 舒利迭联合布地奈德治疗儿童重度哮喘急性发作快速、有效,可明显缩短患儿的治疗时间,改善肺功能,值得临床推广使用.

Application value of seretide and budesonide on acute severe asthma in children

Objective To investigate application value of seretide and budesonide on acute severe asthma in children.Methods One hundred and two patients from May 2010 to May 2013 were randomly divided into observation group with 52 cases and control group with 50 cases.The control group was given seretide 50/100 μg,3 times per day by atomization inhalation,the observation group was given seretide 50/100 μg,3 times per day and budesonide 400 μg,2 times per day.Two groups were treated for 3～6 days.To evaluate curative effect after treatment,and record the eliminate time of cough,dyspnea,lung sound and breathing,and change of FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group significantly （88.5% vs 72%,x2 =4.38,P 〈0.05）,FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC of two groups are increased significantly （P 〈0.05） after treatment,and improvation of observation group was obviously better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The observation group＆#39;s time of signs disappeared was lower than the control group,and the eliminate time of cough,dyspnea,lung sound,breathing had significant different from the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Combined therapeutic efficiency of seretide and budesonide on acute severe asthma in children is quickly and effectively,can remarkably shorten the patient＆#39;s treatment time,improve lung function,so it is worthy of clinical use.
