特发性肺纤维化蛋白质组学研究进展

摘    要:蛋白质组学应用于间质性肺疾病的研究已有20余年.研究发现多种蛋白质在特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者中的表达不同于健康人群,且与IPF的发生、发展相关,有可能成为IPF诊断和病情监测的新指标。本文就涉及IPF的蛋白质组学研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Proteomics has been applied to the study of interstitial lung disease for over 90 years. The expression of multiple proteins in patients with idiopathic puhnonary fibrosis (IPF) is different from that in healthy population. It might be related to the occurrence and development of IPF. The proteins might be used as new biomarkers for diagnosis and monitoring of IPF. This paper reviews the progress on proteomics study of IPF.
