卵巢交界性肿瘤保留生育功能治疗51例临床分析

目的：评价卵巢交界性肿瘤行保留生育功能手术的疗效及对术后生育的影响。方法：回顾性分析中国人民解放军总医院2008年1月—2012年6月51例卵巢交界性肿瘤行保留生育功能手术患者的资料，对其手术方式、术后复发及术后月经和妊娠情况进行分析，并对术后化疗及是否行全面分期手术患者的情况进行比较。结果：浆液性卵巢交界性肿瘤30例，7例行分期手术，术后化疗10例，术后13例复发，术后8例患者试孕，自然妊娠3例。结论：卵巢交界性肿瘤行保留生育功能手术是有效及可行的，附件切除比肿瘤剥除复发率低，分期手术及术后化疗不能有效降低术后复发率。术后可以自然妊娠。术后复发可根据评估再行保留生育功能手术。

Fertility Preservation in 51 Patients with Borderline Ovarian Tumor

Objective: To evaluate the effects of fertility-preserving surgery on the efficacy and fertility in patients with borderline ovarian tumor （BOT）. Methods：The clinical data of 51 patients with BOT receiving fertility-preserving treatments were retrospectively analyzed，including surgery，relapse，postoperative menstruation and pregnancy. The correlation was also analyzed between chemotherapy，comprehensive surgical staging and relapse. Results：Among the 51 patients，30 cases were S-BOT，7 cases accepted comprehensive surgical staging，10 cases accepted chemotherapy after surgery, and 13 patients relapsed. Of 8 patients who want pregnancy，3 patients succeeded. Conclusions：Fertility-preserving treatments are effective and feasible ways for patients with BOT. Adnexectomy may be the best way for fertility-preserving treatments. Chemotherapy and comprehensive surgical staging cannot reduce the relapse rate. Recurrence cases can choose fertility-preserving surgery again.
