| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素诱发的高血糖这一普遍的临床问题尚未引起足够的重视。这里我们回顾最近相关糖皮质激素诱导高血糖的相关进展,系统阐述其诊断、发病机制、疾病特点及治疗,为更好了解糖皮质激素在呼吸系统疾病中所诱导的高血糖症或糖尿病特征及治疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | Glucocorticoid-induced hyperglycemia is a common clinical problem that is poorly understood. Here we review recent developments in our understanding of glucocorticoid-induced hyperglycemia. It was provided a better understanding the characteristics of hyperglycemia and diabetes induced by glucocorticoid therapy for patients with the respiratory system disease. |
