慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重糖皮质激素的治疗

COPD是一种可预防和治疗的疾病，以气流受限为特征病情呈进行性发展，气流受限不完全可逆，具有较高的发病率和病死率。慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（acuteexacerbationofchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease，AECOPD）作为c0PD疾病病程中的一个事件，是COPD患者就诊及住院的主要原因，对患者及社会造成了庞大经济负担。糖皮质激素在AECOPD治疗中的地位已得到肯定，但仍存在许多争议的地方，如不同途径对于治疗效果的影响、激素使用中最佳剂量及使用时间的选择、不同类型激素治疗效果的差异等，仍需要进一步研究来指导合理使用糖皮质激素。

The application of corticosteroids in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

COPD is characterized by airflow obstruction which is not fully reversible with high mortality and morbidity. Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） is defined as an acute event in the progressing of the disease which is the main course of hospitalization leading huge economic burden for patients and the society. Cortieosteroids are proverbially used in managing AECOPD,and the effects of eorticosteroids have been confirmed but there are still controversies over using way,dose,duration and type which need well-designed studies to conduct properly utilization of corticosteroids. In this article we focus on the application of steroids in AECOPD attempting to have a better understanding of current problems between steroids and AECOPD.
