鼻咽及鼻腔未分化癌的临床病理分析

目的 探讨鼻咽及鼻腔未分化癌的病理组织形态学诊断标准及与其他小细胞性恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断要点。方法 收集529例鼻咽及鼻腔未分化癌患者的临床资料，观察HE染色切片和免疫组化结果。结果 光镜下未分化癌根据其不同的形态特征可分成4个亚型：泡状核细胞癌、未分化癌、低分化鳞癌及低分化鳞癌和泡状核细胞癌的混合型。13例免疫组化染色的结果均显示CK阳性，LCA阴性。结论 病理组织形态特点为未分化癌的诊断基础，CK阳性而其他多种免疫组化结果阴性对本病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Clinical and pathological analysis of undifferentiated carcinoma in nasopharynx and nasal cavity

Objective To investigate the morphological diagnosis standard of undifferentiated carcinoma in nasopharynx and nasal cavity and its differential diagnosis with another microcytic malignant tumor. Methods Clinical data of 529 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma in nasopharynx and nasal cavity were studied, including the HE section and result of immunohistochemistry. Results Undifferentiated carcinoma could be classified into four subtypes, namely vesicular nuclear cell carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and mixed type of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and vesicular nuclear cell carcinoma. 13 cases of immunohistochemistry showed that CK was positive while LCA, and were all negative. Conclusion The diagnosis of undifferentiated carcinoma based on its moyrhology. The result of immunohistochemistry is useful in its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
