前列腺癌组织中AQP_1的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的检测水通道蛋白-1(aquaporin-1,AQP1)和CD105在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测23例前列腺增生组织、52例前列腺癌组织中AQP1蛋白和CD105的表达情况,并计数CD105标记的微血管密度。结果 AQP1在前列腺癌组织阳性表达率明显高于前列腺增生组织(71.15%vs 28.85%)。前列腺癌组织中MVD明显高于前列腺增生组织(20.13±2.84 vs 5.32±1.73,P〈0.01)。AQP1阳性组的MVD明显高于阴性组,两者密切相关。AQP1蛋白表达和MVD与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关,而与肿瘤分化程度及临床分期呈正相关系。结论结果提示前列腺癌中存在AQP1的高表达,其与CD105可能在前列腺癌的发展过程中起重要作用,两者结合可能成为前列腺癌病变生物学行为的重要指标。

Expression of AQP_1 in prostate cancer and its relationship with tumor angiogenesis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of AQP1 and CD105 protein in prostate cancer and its relations with tumor angiogenesis.Methods The expression of AQP1 and CD105 was detected with two-step immunohistochemical staining technique in 23 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 52 cases of prostate cancer,and MVD marked with CD105 was also measured.Results The positive rate of AQP1 in prostate cancer was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia(71.75% vs 28.85%).The MVD in prostate cancer was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia(20.13±2.84 vs 5.32±1.73,P0.01).The MVD in AQP1 positive cases was obviously higher than that in AQP1 negative cases,and they were closely related.AQP1 and MVD were not correlated with age and size of tumor,but were closely related to tumor differentiation degree and clinical grades.Conclusion The results indicate that overexpression of AQP1 exists in prostate cancer.AQP1 and CD105 may play an important role in the development of prostate cancer,and combined detection of these two parameter may provide a valuable reference in the judgment of biological behavior of prostate cancer.
