自我控制对海洛因戒断者复吸倾向的影响

目的：探讨自我控制对海洛因戒断者复吸倾向的影响。方法：使用自我控制量表和复吸倾向问卷对130名海洛因戒断者进行调查。结果：（1）戒毒次数对戒毒信心（P〈0.001）、毒品的现实影响力（P〈0.001）、复吸倾向总分（P〈0.001）、美沙酮日平均剂量对客观环境（P〈0.01）有显著影响;（2）复吸倾向总分、毒品的现实影响力、客观环境、身心受损度与冲动冒险性、自我情绪性及自我控制能力总分均有显著正相关;（3）多元逐步回归分析结果发现,自我控制总分对复吸倾向（P〈0.001）、毒品的现实影响力（P〈0.01）、身心受损度（P〈0.05）具有显著影响,而自我情绪性对客观环境维度有显著影响（P〈0.001）。结论：海洛因戒治者复吸倾向的主要影响因素是戒毒次数和美沙酮日平均剂量;低自我控制增强了海洛因戒断者的复吸倾向。

Influence of Self-control on Relapsing Tendency among Heroin Abstainers

Objective： To discuss the affect on the relaspe tendency among the heroin abstainers.Methods： Conduct an investigation using Self-contorl Scale and Relaspe Tendency Qestionaire on 130 heroin abstainers in a MMT clinic of Chongqing city.Results：（ 1） The times of treatment had significiantly affect on abstaining confidence（ P 0.001）,the real influence of the drug（ P 0.001）, the total scale of relaspe tendency,and the average daily dose of methadone on objective environment（ P 0.01）;（ 2） There were positive significiantly correlation between the total scale of relaspe tendency,the real influence of the drug,objective environment,the physical and mental damage degree and adventurous impulsivity,self-emotionality,and the total scale of self-contorol respectively;（ 3） The results of logistic stepwise regression analysis showed,the total scale of self-contorol had significiantly affect on the total scale of relaspe tendency（ P 0.001）,the real influence of the drug（ P 0.01）,and the physical and mental damage degree（ P 0.05）, as well as the self-emotionality on objective environment（ P 0.001）.Conclusion： The times of treatment and the average daily dose of methadone are the main influencing factors,and relaspe tendency among the heroin abstainers is strengthened by their low self-control.
