早期胎停育患者绒毛染色体核型分析

摘    要:目的对胎停育绒毛标本染色体核型进行分析,探讨早期胎停育的原因。方法对23例早期胎停育患者取无菌绒毛进行细胞培养和染色体制备及核型分析。结果23例胚胎停育绒毛组织中培养成功22例(95.7%)。22例中异常的有11例(50%),异常核型以数目异常为主。结论染色体异常是引起早期胚胎停育的重要原因,绒毛染色体的检查利于查明本次胚胎停育的原因。这给临床医生分析原因及合理治疗提供了理论依据。

Analysis on chorionic villus karyotype of early embryo development arrest.

Abstract:Objective : Analysis on chorionic villus karyotype of embryo development arrest to investigate the reason of early embry- onic despause. Methods: Under sterile conditions, choronic villus were sampled from 23 cases of embryonic diapause for cell culture and prepared for chromosome karyotype analysis. Results: Among 23 cases of embryo development arrest, 22 chorionic villus was suc- cessfully cultured (95.7%). 11 of the 22 cases were found to have chromosome abnormalities (50%), in which abnormality were main- ly relevant to the number. Conclusions : Chromosome abnormality of the embryo is the main cause for early embryonic diapause, and kar- yotype analysis of the villus is be~fficial to identify the causes of early embryo development arrest on the occasion. Therefore, cytogenetic analysis of choronic villus provides an important theoretical basis for clinician to analyse the pathogeny and choose a rational therapy.
