玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床研究

目的评价玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法60例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者，分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸利多卡因治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，加用玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射。两组疗程均为1次／周，5次／1个疗程，定期进行追踪观察并评价疗效。结果观察组总有效率86．67％高于对照组总有效率63．33％，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Intra-articular Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders

Objective To investigate the effect of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection treatment for temporomandibular joint disorder. Methods Sixty cases of patients with temporomandibular joint disorder were divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with lidocaine hydrochloride, and the observation group were treated with intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection based on the control group. The two groups received treatment one time per week, and 5 times as one treatment course, with regular follow-up observation. The effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （86.67%） is higher than that of the control group （63.33%）, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection is effective for treatment oftemporomandibular joint disorders.
