改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病102例病人的生活质量的护理研究

目的分析并评价心理护理应用于改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病人生活质量的效果。方法随机将我院2011年3月至2012年4月期间收治的102例老年COPD病人分为实验组与对照纽各51例，两纽均给予常规护理措施，实验纽在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理。同时应用COPD病人生活质量调查表进行生活质量的评估。结果实验组治疗30d后病人的日常生活活动能力、焦虑症状及抑郁症状同对照组治疗30d后相比差异显著，存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）：实验组治疗30d后社会活动能力与对照组治疗30d后相比差异显著，存在统计学意义（P〈0，01）。结论在实施常规护理的基础上开展心理护理能够有效改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人的生活质量．值得临床推广应用。

Nursing Research on Improvement of Life Quality in 102 Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of psychological care applied to improve quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with COPD in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2012 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 51 cases in each group. All patients received the routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group received the psychological care additionally. The patients＇ quality of life were evaluated by life quality scale and compared between two groups. Results After 30 days of treatment, there were statistical differences in patients＇ activities of daily living, anxiety symptoms and depressive symptoms between two groups （P 〈0.05）, and there was significant statistical difference in the social skills between two groups （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The implementation of psychological nursing on the basis of routine care can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with COPD, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
