恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD术后的中西医结合护理

目的观察恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD术后的临床表现，做出正确的护理，预防或者减少并发症的发生。方法选择26例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD术后的患者，总结相关的治疗过程，分析恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD术后的并发症以及相应的护理措施。结果4例患者出现恶心、呕吐；有6例患者出现胆汁漏出腹壁外，其中1例因肿瘤晚期引起全身衰竭已死亡．1例因家庭原因已带管出院；有2例患者出现胆道感染；有2例患者出现导管堵塞。上述患者经过对症治疗，并发症得到了缓解或者消失。结论有效的护理可以减少PTCD术后的并发症，为患者缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量，延长生存时间。

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Nursing for PTCD Postoperative Patients with Malignant Obstructive Jaundice

Objective To observe the clinical manifestations of PTCD postoperative patients with malignant obstructive jaundice, to prevent or reduce the incidence of complications. Methods 26 cases of PTCD postoperative patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were chosen to retrospectively analyze the related treatment process, postoperative complications, and related nursing measures. Results 4 patients had nausea, vomiting; 6 patients had bile leakage outside the abdominal, in whom 1 patient with advanced cancer died due to systemic failure, 1 patient was discharged with a pipe due to family reasons; 2 patients had biliary tract infections; and 2 patients had catheter blockage. After symptomatic treatment, all patients＇ complications relieved or disappeared. Conclusions Effective nursing can reduce PTCD postoperative complications, shorten patients＇ hospital stay, improve their quality of life and prolong their survival time.
