21例男性染色体多态性与ART妊娠结局分析

目的探讨在辅助生殖过程中染色体多态性对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心2011年11月至2012年11月因男方因素行IVF—ET／ICSI—ET共715例患者的染色体核型及临床资料，研究ART助孕结局情况。结果715例患者中检出正常核型693例（96．9％），助孕妊娠312例，妊娠率占45％，流产29例，流产率占9．3％；检出多态性核型21例（2．9％），助孕妊娠10例，妊娠率为47．6％，流产1例，流产率为10％。结论染色体核型正常组与染色体核型多态性组的妊娠率及其流产率无显著统计学差异，染色体核型多态性患者不影响ART助孕结局。

21 cases of male chromosome polymorphism and analysis of ART pregnancy outcome.

Objective ： To explore the effect of chromosomal polymorphism on pregnancy outcome in ART. Methods ： A retrospec- tive survey for male factors to do IVF - ET/ICSI - ET in Reproductive Medicine Center, First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University form November 2011 to November 2012 were karyotype and clinical data, visit the ART pregnancy outcome. Results： In all cases of reproductive abnormalities, and 693 cases of normal chromosome karyotype （96. 9% ） were detected, ART pregnancy cases 312, pregnancy rate is 45% , 29 cases of abortion, abortion rate was 9.3% ; 21 cases of chromosome karyotype polymorphism （2. 9% ） were detected, ART pregnancy cases 10, pregnancy rate was 47.6 % , 1 cases of abortion, abortion rate was 10. 0%. Conclusions ： There was no difference in ART pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the normal chromosomes group and chromosome polymorphism group, chromosome polymorphism does not affect the ART pregnancy outcome.
