中西医结合健康教育对老年慢性病患者生活质量的影响

目的评价中西医理论相结合制定出的健康教育方案对提升老年慢性病患者生活质量的作用。方法2011年7月到2012年7月间对112例老年慢性病患者进行研究，按照随机分组的原则将112例老年平均分为两组，观察组56例，对照组56例。其中对观察组患者实行中西医结合健康教育，对照组实行传统宣教。健康教育实行一年后，对比分析两组患者在健康教育知识认知水平、治疗依从性、对生活质量满意度方面的差异。结果研究开始前，两组患者健康知识认知水平差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）．研究实施一年后．观察组患者健康知识认知水平得分明显高于对照组，治疗依从性为优秀和合格的例数明显多于对照组，对生活质量感到非常满意和合格的人数多于对照组，认知水平得分比较采用t检验，治疗依从性和生活质量采用x2检验，以上指标差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合健康教育显著提升老年慢性病患者健康知识认知水平和治疗依从性，进而促进了患者健康水平和生活质量的提高。

Effect Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Health Education of Elderly Patients with Chronic Disease

Objective To analyze the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in health education of chronic disease among the elderly patients. Methods 112 elderly patients with chronic disease were divided into objective group and control group. The control group was educated with conventional health education plan, and the objective group with traditional Chinese medicine health education plan. The difference of the cognitive level of chronic disease, treatment adherence and the life quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The cognitive level of chronic disease, treatment adherence and the life quality satisfaction of the objective group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine would get a satisfactory effect in health education of elderly patients with chronic disease, with higher cognitive level of chronic disease, treatnaent adherence and the satisfaction of life quality.
