老年科病人留置胃管并发症的预防及护理

目的探讨老年病人留置胃管并发症的有效预防及应对措施。方法回顾性分析我科76例老年病人留置胃管情况，观察引起并发症的各种原因，并找出相应的护理措施。结果插管失败5例，反流2例，肺部感染1例，脱管4例，堵管3例，便秘8例，腹泻5例。结论针对不同的致病原因，采取相应的护理措施可有效减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复。

Prevention and Nursing of Complications of Indwelling Gastric Tube of Elderly Patients

Objective To explore the effective prevention and response measures of complications of indwelling gastric tube in elderly patients. Methods The situations of indwelling gastric tube of 76 elderly patients were analyzed retrospectively. The complications were observed to analyze the causes and corresponding nursing measures. Results Among 76 patients, the results were 5 cases of failed intubation, 2 cases of reflux, 1 case of pulmonary infection, 4 cases of catheter exfoliation, 3 cases of tube blockage, 8 cases of constipation, and 5 cases of diarrhea. Conclusions According to the different causes of complications of indwelling gastric tube, corresponding nursing measures can effectively decrease the incidence of complications, and promote patients＇ recovery.
