摘    要:本研究选择了18名氟骨症病人,测定了血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)和降钙素(CT)水平。实验结果显示氟骨症病人血清 PTH 明显升高,CT 降低,均有统计学意义。硬化、疏松和混合三种类型的氟骨症病人均有继发甲状旁腺功能亢进的发生,其发生机制与氟对骨、软组织的影响及营养不良等因素有关,是多种因素共同作用的结果。测定血 PTH、CT 可作为氟骨症的生化诊断指标之一,并对探明其发病机制和防治工作具有重要意义。

Abstract:In patients (N=18) with endemic skeletal fluorosis,serum F~-,immune-reactive parathyroid hormone (IPTH) and calcitonin (CT) levels were assessed inorder to evaluate the regulatory mechanism of calciotropic hormones.UrinaryF~-,Serum F~- and PTH increased (p<0.01) and serum CT decreased (p<0.05).In the three categories of endemic skeletal fluorosis (osteosclerosis,osteoporosisand mixed type) these chemical changes were similar.The results suggested thatsecondary hyperparathyroidism induced by fluorosis may act through malmeta-bolism of Skeletal tissue.The effects may not be limited to the bony structuresalone but also tosoft tissues.These types of fluorosis may result from malnut-rition or other metabolic derangements associated with these diseases.
