摘    要:目的 探讨冠心病、高心病对右室收缩功能的影响。方法 应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE)测量冠心病42例、高心病22例及对照组31例的主肺动脉血流频谱,获取右室收缩时间间期(STI)。结果 冠心病组的右室空期加速时间(AT)、射血(ET)、AT/√R-R、平均加速度(ACV)与对照组有显著性差异。高心病组的右室收缩期加速时间(AT)、减速时间(DT)、AT/ET、DT/ET、平均加速度(ACV)与正

Abstract:Objective: To investigating the influence on right vascular systolic function from cronary atherosclerotic and hypertentional heart diseases Methods: 42 patients with cronary atherosclerotic heart diseases22 with hypertentional cardiac disease and 31 normal cases as a control group were investigated to assess right vascular (RV) systolic function by the blood flow spectra of main pulmonary artery to calculate RV systolic time interval by using pulsed doppler echocardiography (PDE) Results: The accelerated time (AT) of RV systolic phase,ejeculating blood time (ET),AT/ R-R ,average accelerated velocity (ACV) with cronary atheroscleritic heart diseases obviously differed from the control groupAT,decelerated time (DT) of RV systolic phase,AT/ET,DT/ET and AAV with hypertentional heart diseases obviously differed from control group Conclusion: The right vascular systolic function suffers lesion to some extent from cronary atherosclerotic and hypertentional diseases=
