| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药制剂清脂复肝颗粒对大鼠高脂血症和酒精性肝损伤混合型脂肪肝模型的影响。方法:以高脂饲料喂养作为脂肪肝形成的基础,加上酒精对肝脏的损伤制作大鼠慢性(混合型)脂肪肝动物模型,采用清脂复肝颗粒做治疗性给药试验,对脂质、肝脏疾病常用血清酶等以及肝脏病理组织学检查观察药物的疗效和安全性。结果:清脂复肝颗粒可降低血脂水平,促进肝内脂质代谢,改善酒精毒性所致肝损伤,减轻肝脏脂肪变性的程度。结论:清脂复肝颗粒对大鼠高脂血症和酒精性肝损伤混合脂肪肝模型具有改善和治疗作用。
