螺旋CT三期增强扫描对肝脏占位的诊断及鉴别诊断

目的：观察CT三期增强扫描对肝脏占位病变的影像学图像特点，探讨其对肝脏占位性病变诊断及鉴别诊断意义。方法：对我院住院的42例通过病理学证实存在肝脏占位性患者螺旋CT三期动态增强扫描图像进行回顾性分析。对所有患者肝脏病变的强化形式与特征进行分析。结果：原发性肝癌、肝转移瘤及肝血管瘤平扫期多为低密度灶，原发性肝癌在动脉期及静脉期多为不均匀强化，肝转移瘤多为周边不规则强化，平衡期均为低密度灶，血管瘤动脉期及静脉期可见结节样强化，平衡期可见向心性强化。结论：大部分肝脏占位性病变在CT三期动态增强图像上能表现出特征性变化，为定性诊断提供依据。

Significance of three dynamic contrast-enhanced scan with Spiral CT to diagnosis and differential diagnosis on Hepatic occupying lesion

Objective ：To observe the imaging characteristic of three dynamic contrast-enhanced scan with Spiral CT on Hepatic occupying lesion and investigate the significance to diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods： 42 cases of patients with Hepatic occupying lesion that were dignosed with pathology were selected and imaging of three dynamic contrast-enhanced scan with spiral CT were retrospectively analysized,and imaging characteristic of reinforcement were analysized.Resuhs： In plain scan phase,the diseased region were low-density on primary hepatic carcinoma, hepatic metastasis and hepatic hemangiomas, in arterial phase and venous phase, the diseased region of primary hepatic carcinoma were inhomogeneous enhanced, hepatic metastasis were enhanced on borderline and hepatic hcmangiomas were tuberculiform enhanced,in lag period, diseased region of primary hepatic carcinoma and hepatic metastasis were low-density and hepatic hemangiomas were enhanced on center.Conclusions：imaging of three dynamic contrast-enhanced scan with Spiral CT had characteristic on mostly liver occupying lesion,and could provide reference for qualitation dignosis.
