甘草皂甙对大鼠腹腔细胞前列腺素E_2和cAMP水平的影响及对某些免疫功能的调节作用

摘    要:甘草皂甙明显抑制由酵母聚糖及前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)引起的大鼠腹腔细胞内cAMP的上升。甘草皂甙复方降低由酵母聚糖刺激引起巨噬细胞释放的PGE_2,对小鼠巨噬细胞的移动无明显影响,但能减弱由植物血凝素诱导产生的巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)对巨噬细胞移动的抑制作用。用~(51)Cr标记调理的绵羊红细胞方法,证明低浓度甘草皂甙有刺激巨噬细胞吞噬的作用。本品对小鼠脾细胞增殖无显著影响。

Abstract:Glycyrrhizin is one of the most important principles of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Its pharmacological activities have been studied for a long time. Eecently, a glycyrrhizin compound has been used in treating chronic hepatitis and some inflammatory skin diseases. However, the mechanism of its effects is still far from understood.In this study, we observed that the glycyrrhizin compound markedly reduced PGE2 production by the macrophage. Zymosan stimulated macrophages produced up to 6 times as much PGE2 as did control cells. Glycyrrhizin significantly decreased PGE2 synthesis of macrophages exposed to zymosan.It has also been shown that glycyrrhizin decreased cAMP levels in macrophages that were responding to PGE2 or zymosan. It also inhibited the effect of PHA induction of MIF. From the results mentioned above, it is suggested that' glycyrrhizin's anti-inflammatory activity may be through reducing PGE2 production by the macrophage on one hand and through decreasing cell response to PGE2 and other active factors such as MIF on the other.Besides these, glycyrrhizin slightly enhanced phagocytosis but no significant stimulating activity on lymphocyte proliferation.
