| 摘 要： | 本文观察印鼠客蚤叮咬带菌鼠,吸入弱毒鼠疫菌后,在体内可存活30天。再叮咬时可把鼠疫菌传给健康动物。而缓慢细蚤吸入弱毒鼠疫菌后,可在蚤体内大量繁殖,并存活20天。但叮咬健康动物,不能传播鼠疫,这与印鼠客蚤不同。

| Abstract: | A bitting test of rat flea was made.The mice were treated with cortisoneand four hours later injected with an avirulent EV strain of Yersinia pestis.These mice became bacteremic and then died,Using the Xenopsylla ch-eopis to bit the infected mice before their death.We found a large quan-tity of Yersinia pestis in bodies of fleas.These fleas can transmit the Ye-rsinia pestis to the health mice.Avirulent Yersinia pestis can also multi-ply in Leptopsylla segnis,but can not transmit the health mice. |
