| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌是我国女性常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁着患者的生命和健康。目前乳腺癌的内科治疗依赖于化疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗为主体的综合治疗手段。长非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA,lncRNA）调控细胞的发育分化,在乳腺癌中发挥着重要作用,可能成为用于临床监测和分子靶向治疗的新型标志物。本文对lncRNA在乳腺癌中的作用进行综述,以期为乳腺癌的临床监测及分子靶向治疗提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Breast cancer is a type of common malignant tumor for female in China, which seriously threatens the health and life of patients. Currently, the primary treatment for breast cancer includes chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapy. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) regulate cell fates and play important roles in breast cancer. LncRNAs could be used as novel markers for clinical monitoring and molecular targeted therapies. In this article, we review the known functions of lncRNAs in breast cancer to provide new ideas for clinical surveillance and targeted therapies for breast cancer. |
