基于数据挖掘慢性阻塞性肺疾病穴位贴敷取穴用药规律

目的基于数据挖掘技术探讨穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的取穴用药规律。方法以中国知网、维普资讯为检索库,检索数据库中全部运用穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的文献,建立相关数据库进行探究。采用数据挖掘方法(频数频率分析,聚类分析,关联规则分析等)进行取穴用药规律探究。结果共检索出142篇文献,收集穴位组合142组,40个穴位,方药组合124组,中药109味。在穴位贴敷中常用穴位有肺俞、定喘、肾俞、天突、脾俞,最常涉及的经脉为足太阳膀胱经。贴敷用药以白芥子、细辛、延胡索、甘遂、生姜为核心药物。高频药物聚类分析结果有三个小的聚类方,关联规则分析用药种类以白芥子、细辛、延胡索三种药为主。结论临床上运用穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,常用辛温之性的药物,配合足太阳膀胱经的穴位,从肺脾肾三个方面进行论治。

Research on the regularity of point and medicinal selection for TCM point application in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using data mining techniques

Objective To investigate the regularity of point and medicinal selection for TCM point application in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)by using data mining techniques.Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and VIP Database were searched and articles on point application in treating COPD were retrieved to establish a database.Data mining techniques(frequency analysis,clustering analysis,association rules analysis,etc.)were applied to explore the regularity of point and medicinal selection.Results A total of 142 articles were retrieved,including 142 point pairs,40 points,124 medicinal groups,and 109 medicinals.The most common points were Feishu(BL 13),Dingchuan(EX-B 1),Shenshu(BL 23),Tiantu(CV 22),Pishu(BL 20);and the most common channel was the bladder channel.The core and most common medicinals were Bai Jie Zi,Xi Xin,Yan Hu Suo,Gan Sui and Sheng Jiang.The cluster analysis showed the three medicinal groups of high frequency and the analysis of association rules showed the three medicinals were Bai Jie Zi,Xi Xin and Yan Hu Suo.Conclusion For point application in treating COPD,the most common medicinals are acrid and warm in property,and the most common points are selected from the bladder channel,and it is treated from the lung,spleen and kidney.
