肝素帽模仿可来福对静脉留置针封管的效果观察

目的观察应用肝素帽模仿可来福原理对静脉留置针封管的效果，以降低病人的医疗费用，提高护士的工作效率。方法选择2006年1-4月心内科50例应用静脉留置针的患者，采用自身对照分为试验组和对照组，分别采用肝素帽模仿法和常规封管法进行封管，观察比较两组的封管效果。结果试验组进行封管102次，再通成功率为77．5％，对照组进行封管99次，再通成功率为51．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论应用肝素帽模仿法封管可延长静脉留置针的使用寿命，降低病人的医疗费用：方法简便．可以提高护理工作的效率。

The Effect of Heparin Cap Used in the Principle CLAVE Connector on Sealing Venous Indwelling Needle

Objective To explore the effect of heparin cap used in the principle of CLAVE connector on sealing venous indwelling needle so as to lower the medical expense and improve the work efficiency of nurse. Methods The study involved 50 patients, who were hospitalized in the cardiologic department from Jan. 2006 to Apr. 2006 and underwent treatment with venous indwelling needle. The needles were sealed with heparin cap in the principle of CLAVE connector and with routine method and the effects were compared.Results In the experimental group, the needles were sealed for 102 times, with a success rate of 77.5% in re-passing-through, while for the control, the needled were sealed for 99 times, with a success rate of 51.5% in re-passing-through. The difference between the two methods was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Use of heparin cap in the principle of CLAVE connector may prolong the use of indwelling needle, lowering the medical expense for patients. Its simple manipulation may increase nurses＇ work efficiency.
