广州市白云区居民慢性病的调查及其分析

目的了解目前广州市白云区景泰街社区居民高血压病状况,为社区卫生服务制定综合干预计划和措施提供科学依据。方法景泰街社区随机抽取6个居委会,每个居委会抽110户,共660户,抽中户的所有人作为调查对象。调查内容包括询问调查、医学体检、实验室检测3个部分。结果该社区人群主要慢性病顺位前4位的患病率依次为：血脂异常（57.40%）、超重和肥胖（28.60%）、高血压（16.30%）、糖尿病（6.80%）。结论针对该社区居民健康状况,应给予相应的健康指导,以提高社区居民的健康水平。

Investigation and Analysis of Chronic Disease among Community Residents in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City

Objective] To understand the status of hypertension among Jingtai Community residents in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City, and provide scientific evidence for developing comprehensive intervention plans and measures for community health service. Methods] A total of 660 families from 6 neighborhood committees were randomly selected, all family members were investigated with 3 aspects of inquiring survey, medical examination and laboratory test. Results] The prevalence of 4 major chronic diseases in this community population was in sequence of dyslipidemia （ 57.40% ） , overweight and obesity （ 28.60% ） , hypertension （ 16.30% ）, and diabetes （ 6.80% ）. Conclusion] Aiming at the health status of community residents, the corresponding health guidance should be given to improve the health of community residents.
