正常人垂体滤泡星状细胞对S-100蛋白和GFAP的免疫组织化学

摘    要:本文应用S-100蛋白(S-100)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白(CK)4种抗体,对63例正常人垂体进行了免疫组织化学研究。结果表明:垂体前叶内散在有S-100和GFAP阳性的滤泡星状细胞(FSC),双重染色证明。FSC可以分为3种:S-100阳性的FSC、GFAP阳性的FSC,S-100和GFAP皆为阳性的FSC。CK和NSE染色FSC均为阴性。垂体前叶内的内分泌细胞(EC)绝大多数显示CK阳性,也有少量散在的EC显示NSE阳性。上述研究结果有力地证明了FSC来源于神经外胚层,从而否认其来源于Rathke囊上皮的观点。

Abstract:Using S100 protein,glial fibrillary acidic protein, neuro -specific enolase and cytokeratin,immunohistochemical study on 63 normal human pituitary glands was performed. The results showed that there are S100 and GFAP positive folliculo-stellate cells (FSC) in the anterior lobe of the pituitary. Double-staininig turned out that FSC could be divided into three types. S100 positive FSC, GFAP positive FSC and FSC positive to both S100 and GFAP. FSC was CK and NSE negative. Most of the endocrine cells in the anterior lobe of the pituitary showed CK positive reaction, with some showing NSE positive reaction. These results strongly demonstrated that FSC originates from neuroectoderm, not from Rathke's pouch epithelium.
