| 摘 要： | 目的：观察溶菌酶对儿童鼻窦炎的疗效。方法：选择200例儿童鼻窦炎患者,按病程选择的病例属于亚急性鼻窦炎,随机分成两组,治疗组加用溶菌酶肠溶片口服,对照组按常规治疗,对二组疗效进行对比研究。结果：治疗组平均治愈时间为12d,而对照组为21d,治疗组治愈率（90%）显著高于对照组治愈率（68%）（P〈0.05）。结论：溶菌酶能加快儿童鼻窦炎的痊愈。
