摘    要:2型糖尿病是目前威胁人类健康,发病率迅速增长的疾病之一.2007年以来,全基因组关联分析研究发现一系列包括SLC30A8、LOC387761、IDE-KIF11-HHEX和EXT2-ALX4等新的糖尿病基因.基因及体力活动不足与2型糖尿病患病风险相关,且两个因素可能有交互影响,本文就基因、体力活动及其交互作用与2型糖尿病间的关系作一综述.

Abstract:Type 2 diabetes is one of the fastest growing public health problems worldwide.Since 2007,genome-wide association study (GWAS) emerged to generate a list of new diabetes genes including SLC3OA8,LOC387761,IDE-KIF11-HHEX,EXT2-ALX4 and so on.Studies show that genes and physical inactivity are leading to type 2 diabetes,the two factors may interplay in predisposing to the disease.Relationship of genes,physical activity and their interactions and type 2 diabetes were discussed.
