经皮肺穿刺瘤体内低渗化疗联合全身化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察经皮肺穿刺瘤体内注射低渗化疗液配合全身化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法86例非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组44例,在MVP方案全身化疗的同时,给予经皮肺穿刺瘤体内注射平阳霉素加蒸馏水(低渗液);对照组42例,单纯给予MVP方案全身化疗。两组均21天为1周期,治疗2周期以上评价疗效。结果治疗组44例,CR 5例、PR 26例、NC 10例、PD 3例,总有效率为70.5%(31/44);对照组42例,CR 1例、PR 15例、NC 18例、PD 8例,总有效率为38.1%(16/42)。两组疗效经统计学处理,2χ=9.08,P<0.01,差别非常显著。结论经皮肺穿刺瘤体内低渗化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效高,副作用小,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。

Low - osmotic chemotherapy and nursing to the interior of tumor for non-small cell lung cancer by percutaneous lung puncture

Objective To evaluate the response of low-osmotic chemotherapy to the interior of tumor by percutaneous lung puncture and chemotherapy for non-small lung cancer.Methods 86 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into therapy group and contrast group.Therapy group:44 cases were treated with MVP(MMC、VDS、PDD)and injecting hydrochloride plus distilled water to the interior of tumor by percutaneous lung cancer.Contrast group:42 cases were treated with MVP alone.21 days was one cycle.Results 5 of 44 patients in therapy group were completely response,26 partial response and the total response rate was 70.5%(31/44),1 of 42 patients in contrast group were completely response,15 partial response and the total response rate was 38.1%(16/42).There was significant difference in the total response rate between the two groups(χ2=9.08,P<0.01).Conclusion There were fairly efficacy and acceptable toxicity of low-osmotic chemotherapy to the interior of tumor for non-small cell lung cancer by percutaneous lung puncture.
