基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1与糖尿病肾病尿蛋白水平的关系

①目的探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)与尿蛋白水平的关系及其对TIMP-1作用的影响。②方法20例DN患者血清TIMP-1检测采用ELISA法,并同时检测24小时尿蛋白定量、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1)。③结果20例患者血清TIMP-1及24小时尿蛋白定量在男、女性别之间分布无显著性差异(P>0.05),血清TIMP-1水平与24小时尿蛋白定量呈显著性正相关(r=0.84,P<0.01),但均与年龄、病史长短、血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平无相关性。④结论TIMP-1可能抑制了细胞外基质(ECM)的降解,促使肾小球基底膜(GBM)重塑,与蛋白尿的产生相关。

Relationship between TIMP- 1 and level of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To clarify the relationship between the level of the serum tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) and proteinuria. Method Twenty patients with clinical diabetic nephropathy were enrolled in this study,the TIMP-1 was measured with ELISA,and the total urinary protein,blood sugar,GHbA1 were measured respectively.Results The level of TIMP-1 was positively correlated with the level of urinary protein(r=0.84,P<0.01),but neither TIMP-1 nor proteinuia level were correlation with age,disease duration,blood glucose and GHbA1 level,there is no significant difference in levels of TIMP-1 and the total urinary protein between sex.Conclusion TIMP-1 may inhibit the decomposition of extracellular matrix(ECM),remodel of glomeular basement membrane(GBM) and contribute to proteinuria excretion.
