| 摘 要： | 目的：对慢性ＤＨＢＶ感染鸭的肝、胰、腺组织DHBVDNA作对比研究。方法：采用原位杂交技术。结果：DHBV不仅可以感染鸭肝细胞。且可感染胰、脾组织、DHBVDNA阳性细胞的分布密度以肝组织最高，胰脾次之。结论：DHBV具有组织器官泛嗜性，但其在肝外组织中的复制似不及在肝细胞中活跃。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the difference of DHBV DNA in the duck's liver, pancreas and spleen tissue. Methods : In situ hybridization using digoxigenin-labeled DHBV DNA C gene probe. Results: DHBV DNA was present not only in hepatocytes but also in the pancreatic acini , in cells of splenic red pulp and in the splenic germinal center. The DHBV DNA positive cells appeared more frequently in liver than in spleen and pancreas. Conclusion: It suggests that DHBV is also tropic for extrahepatic tissue, but it may replicate more actively in liver than in the extrahepatic tissue. |
