| 摘 要： | 通过对ＨＤＶ感染肝组织中ＨＤＡｇ表达和细胞免疫状态的观察发现ＨＤＡｇ表达可在一定程度上直接引起细胞破坏，同时其表达数目与肝组织中炎症有关，特别是与汇管区中ＣＤ＾３＋细胞浸润（ｒ＝０．５２１）和坏死区中ＣＤ８＋细胞浸润（ｒ＝０．４９５）有较好相关性，提示ＨＤＶ的直接细胞毒作用并非是引起肝细胞损伤的唯一因素，细胞免疫特别是ＣＤ８细胞所介导的细胞毒作用在肝细胞损伤也发挥着重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | The role of HDAg direct cytotoxicity and cellular im munity that HDVinitiated in the livercells damages wereexploredin thisstudy-It was fond that HDAg expressing cells numbers related to hepatic inflam mation especially to CD3 Tlymphocytes in filtrated in the interlobular areas(r = 0-521)and CD8 Tlymphocytesin filtrated in the necrotic areas (r= 0-495) ofthe liver-The results suggested that cellularim munity especially CD8 Tlymphocytes mediated cytotoxity play andimportant rolein theliver cellsinjury-The HDVitself cytotoxity to liver cells damages may be an important in some degree butratherthan the only factor oflivercellsinjury- |
