九种中药活性成分抗耐药肿瘤细胞体外研究

摘    要:目的分别从温阳、益气、化痰、活血类中药里选择九种单味中药活性成分,拟通过体外细胞培养证实其是否存在抗肿瘤耐药效应.方法采用MTT比色法,选择耐长春新碱的人口腔鳞状上皮癌细胞株(KBv200)为靶细胞,观察上述单味中药活性成分细胞毒与增敏效应.结果桂皮醛、大豆甙元、金雀黄素、薯蓣皂苷对KBv200细胞具有明显的抑制效应.结论桂皮醛、大豆甙元、金雀黄素、薯蓣皂苷在抑制肿瘤生长方面具有深入研究的价值.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects against drug resistant tumor cells of 9 active components of traditional Chinese drugs by cell cultivation. Method MTT colorimetry was used in the detection, and KBv200 was used as the target. The cytotoxicity and enhanced sensitivity of the 9 active components were observed. Result It was found that cinnamic aldehyde, daizein, genistein and dioscin had obvious inhibitory effect on KBv200. Conclusion Cinnamic aldehyde, daizein, genistein and dioscin are worthy of further studies with respect to their inhibition of the growth of tumors.
