CT应用于肩胛骨骨折中的临床价值研究

目的：观察螺旋CT三维重建方法，探讨螺旋CT应用于肩胛骨骨折患者中的价值及意义。方法：回顾我院2008年6月-2009年6月收治的40例肩胛骨骨折患者临床资料，观察CT三维重建方法，评估骨折严重程度，制定手术方案。结果：40例肩胛骨骨折患者经螺旋CT三维重建图像分析，全方位显示骨折部位及骨折程度。经手术治疗后评分：优15例，良18例，可7例。结论：螺旋CT三维重建技术能全方位清晰显示肩胛骨骨折部位及程度，为肩胛骨骨折临床诊断及治疗提供重要依据：

The Research of CT to the Scapular Fractures

Objective： To observe the method of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CI to study the value and significance of spiral CT to patients with scapular fractures. Methods： The clinical data of 40 cases with scapular fractures treated in our hospital during June 2008-June 2009, observed three-dimensional CT reconstruction methods for assessing the fracture serious to get surgical planning. Results： 40 patients with scapular fractures received three-dimensional reconstruction by spiral CT image analysis, comprehensive display of the fracture site and fracture level. The score after surgery was： excellent in 15 cases, good in 18 cases, 7 cases. Conclusion： The three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT technology can comprehensively and clearly display the location and degree of scapular fractures, which provides an important basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of scapular fractures.
