自控镇痛泵对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳功能的影响

目的 :研究硬膜外病人自控镇痛 (PCEA)及剖宫产术后肌注盐酸哌替啶对剖宫产产妇泌乳功能的影响。方法 :剖宫产术的初产妇 1 80例 ,90例硬膜外麻醉为自控镇痛组 ,90例肌注盐酸哌替啶组为对照组 ,研究对术后产妇泌乳功能影响。结果 :术后镇痛效果两组经 χ2 检验有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;镇痛组 2 4h内开始泌乳及母乳喂养次数明显多于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 )。结论 :剖宫产术后应用PCEA能产生良好的镇痛作用 ,促进泌乳功能 ,提高母乳喂养成功率。

Effect of Autocontrol Analgesia Pump on Galactogogue Action of Postcesaream Parturient

Objective:To study the effect of using autocontrol ease pain in peridural anesthesia (PCEA) and intramuscular injection meperidine hydrochloride after cesaream section on postcesaream parturient galactogogue action Methods:180 cases of primiparas were randomly allocated to two groups:the autocontrol analgesia group in peridural anesthesia (the analgesria group) and the meperidine hydrochloride group in intramuscular injection (the control group) Results:The analgesic effect of analgesia group after operation were better than those on control group ( P <0 01);during 24 hours,The time of beginning lactation in the autocontrol analgesia group was shorter than that in the control group;and the frequency of breast feeding was obvious a surname than that also ( P <0 05, P <0 01) Conclusion:It is indicated that using PCEA after a cesaream section can attain fine analgesia effect,it can also promote lactation function and raised the rate of breast feeding
