| 摘 要： | 我们对比观察了心内直视术中用冷晶体心停搏液心肌保护法和联合术前补充抗氧化剂及末期氧合温血心停搏液复苏前灌注综合心肌保护法对缺血心肌保护作用的临床效果。结果表明后者心脏自动复跳率高,术后血管活性药物应用少,循环功能恢复迅速。我们认为综合方法能提高心肌组织的抗过氧化能力,缩短缺血时间,使心肌与全身平行复温,提前纠正缺血性损害。从而减轻或避免了再灌注损伤,有利于术后循环的恢复和稳定。

| Abstract: | The protective effects on ischemia myocardium with only cold cardioplegia and with the application of antioxidants and perfusion of warm oxygenated blood cardioplegia in terminal for open heart operation were studied in this paper,the results showed that the latter associative method was of excellent action in recovering normal sinus rhythm spontaneous defiberillation,reducing the employ of inotropic drugs, and need more short time to the stable condition of hemodynamics, It indicated that the associated myocardioum protect method is superior to the pure cole crystalloid myocardioum protect method. because it can enheance the antioxidants capabilities of myocardioum, short myocardioum ischemia time,cure myocardial ischemial injurts befor aortic uncross-clamp,and thefore protect myocardioum from reperfusion injurt. |
