| 摘 要： | 本文报告经手术病理、穿刺活俭或临床实验室检查证实的43例甲状腺病变，包括甲状腺癌16例、腺瘤15例、囊肿3例、多结节性甲状腺肿5例、桥本氏甲状腺炎3例、弥漫性甲状腺肿1例。对各类疾病的CT表现特征及其在定性诊断上的意义作了分析讨论。认为CT在甲状腺疾病的定性诊断上有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper CT findings of 43 cases with thyroid diseases confirmed by pathology or clinicalexamination and laboratory were reported. of them included: 16 thyroid carcinoma, 15 thyroid adenoma, 3 thyroidcyst, 5 multi -nodular goiter, 3 Hashimoto thyroiditis and 1 diHuse toxic goiter. The characteristic CT featules ofvariant disease and their values in qualitative diagnosis were analyzed. The authors suggest CT scan has importantvalue in qualitative diagnosis of thyroid disease. |
