| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨颜氏活血复方对心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤的作用及机制。[方法]通过制备含药血清、培养乳鼠原代心肌细胞、复制心肌细胞缺氧/复氧模型,采用细胞免疫化学法及TUNEL法,检测活血复方对心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤后心肌细胞存活率、Fas蛋白表达以及细胞原位凋亡的影响。[结果]颜氏活血复方能显著增加心肌细胞缺氧/复氧后细胞存活率、降低Fas蛋白表达以及细胞原位凋亡指数,从而减轻心肌细胞损伤。[结论]颜氏活血复方对心肌细胞缺氧/复氧后心肌细胞损伤有一定的保护作用。
