| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国内美罗华联合CHOP方案化疗对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效.方法 应用国际Cochrane协作网的系统评价方法,经计算机检索,纳入美罗华联合CHOP方案治疗B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的随机对照试验.评价纳入研究的质量,并进行资料提取后,采用Rev Man 4.2软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入7篇文献,包括357例患者,文献间具有同质性,采用固定效应模型,结果:OR=3.02,95%CI(1.94,4.72).美罗华联合CHOP方案治疗组与单纯CHOP方案对照组的完全缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 目前国内美罗华联合CHOP方案化疗对非霍奇金淋巴瘤有一定疗效,但由于纳入研究样本量小且质量较低,上述结论尚需要高质量、大样本的随机双盲对照试验加以证实.
