| 摘 要： | 目的 评价社区综合干预对亚临床型维生素D缺乏性佝偻病(亚临床型佝偻病)的效果.方法 于2009年12月-2010年3月入组80例年龄2岁以下、有不合理预防史的亚临床型佝偻病患儿,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组每日服用维生素AD滴剂(伊可新)1粒;干预组在此基础上,对家长进行社区综合健康教育,干预期为3个月.结果 干预后,干预组的骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,干预组的高危因素知晓率均有提高,干预前后母体储备不足、缺少日光照射、摄入不足、其他疾病影响等知晓情况间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组对佝偻病临床表现的知晓率也明显提高.结论 积极的社区综合干预能增强患儿家长对佝偻病的认识;提高其遵医行为;患儿BALP值显著下降.
