| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白介素13(IL-13)在支气管哮喘发病中的作用以及诱导痰IL-13在哮喘气道炎症中的应用价值.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测支气管哮喘重度发作(重度组)12例、轻～中度发作(轻～中度组)12例、缓解组10例以及10例健康者(对照组)的诱导痰及血清中IL-13水平,并分别与痰液、血液中白细胞分类以及肺功能指标进行相关性分析.结果 支气管哮喘患者IL-13水平在重度组、轻～中度组、缓解组、对照组的诱导痰和血清中的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);并且分别与痰液和血液中嗜酸粒细胞分数呈正相关(P＜0.05),与肺功能指标呈负相关(P＜0.001).重度发作组痰液和血液的嗜酸粒细胞分数呈正相关(P=0.021).诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞分数在缓解组和轻～中度组中无直线相关(P＞0.05).结论 利用诱导痰检测支气管哮喘患者的气道炎症是一种安全、有效的方法.支气管哮喘患者诱导痰及血清IL-13水平有助于诊断哮喘和判断病情.
