| 摘 要： | 糖尿病及其并发症的发生与慢性低度炎症有关.白介素18(IL-18)作为一种前炎症因子,可能在糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展中起着重要的作用.IL-18水平变化不但对糖尿病及其并发症的预后和临床治疗的评估有一定的价值,也为防治糖尿病及其并发症提供了新的研究方向.现就IL-18与糖尿病及其并发症的相关性做一综述.

| Abstract: | Chronic low-grade inflammation is associated with diabetes mellitus(DM) and its complications.Interleukin-18(IL-18),a pro-inflammatory cytokine,might play a role in development of DM and its complications.Serum level of IL-18 is of some value in not only evaluating DM prognosis,clinical treatment and its complications,but also providing a new research direction for its prevention.This paper reviews the role of IL-18 in the development of DM and its complications. |
