| 摘 要： | 目的 观察基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况,分析二者的表达与结直肠癌侵袭转移的相关性.方法 应用免疫组化SP法,采用组织芯片技术分析98例结直肠癌、30例癌旁正常组织中MMP-7、MMP-9蛋白表达.结果 MMP-7、MMP-9在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率(分别为79.6%和77.6%)均显著高于癌旁正常结直肠组织(分别为10.0%和13.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).MMP-7和MMP-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤的瘤体大小患者中比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);而不同肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移与否、腹腔微转移与否患者结直肠癌组织中,MMP-7和MMP-9的表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结直肠癌组织中MMP-7的表达与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(r=0.532,P＜0.01).结论 MMP-7、MMP-9在结直肠癌组织中高表达,且与肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关,可作为判断结直肠癌进展的生物学标记物. |
