| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨水通道蛋白1(AQPl)mRNA在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤侵袭、转移的关系.方法 采用免疫组化Eli Vision法、RT-PCR技术检测20例正常宫颈组织(对照组)和89例宫颈癌患者手术切除标本组织中AQP1蛋白、AQPl mRNA的表达,应用图像分析软件分析AQPl mRNA的平均光密度和灰度值.结果 宫颈癌组织AQPl mRNA、AQP1蛋白的表达明显高于正常对照组,有淋巴转移组高于无转移组;FIGO分期Ⅲ期组明显高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).肿瘤组织中AQPl蛋白表达与肿瘤分期有关(P＜0.05),而与患者年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P＞0.05).结论 AQPl mRNA及AQPl蛋白在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,AQPl蛋白的表达上调可能参与了宫颈癌的侵袭和转移. |
