| 摘 要： | 目的 评价OMRON HEM-770A型智能电子血压计测量血压的准确性.方法 根据中华人民共和国医药行业标准 YY 0670-2008<无创自动测量血压计>关于电子血压计准确性评价的要求,利用标准汞柱式血压计(听诊法)与受试电子血压计对85名受试者同臂同步测量血压,对比评价该电子血压计的准确性.结果 OMRON HEM-770A型电子血压计的测量结果高出标准听诊法1.9 mm Hg/1.5 mm Hg(收缩压/舒张压),其偏差小于5 mm Hg的上限;偏差的标准差为4.2 mm Hg/3.6 mm Hg(收缩压/舒张压),小于8 mm Hg的上限;收缩压和舒张压偏差在10 mm Hg以内的测量次数分别占到96.9%和98.4%,高于85%的最低要求.结论 OMRON HEM-770A型智能电子血压计具有良好的准确性,收缩压和舒张压均达到了国内行业标准规定的要求. |
