| 摘 要： | 外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)是由念珠菌引起的常见感染性疾病,妇女1年内发作4次或以上称为复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC).RVVC是近年来VVC治疗的难点之一,目前国内外尚无理想的治疗方案,其治疗原则包括强化治疗和维持治疗,本文综述了伊曲康唑、氟康唑、咪康唑、克霉唑和乳酸杆菌等药物治疗RVVC的效果及研究进展.

| Abstract: | Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a common infection caused by candida.Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC)means four or more episodes of VVC in one year.There are no favorable treatments for RVVC in China.The therapeutic principle contains intensive therapy and maintenance therapy.This review summarized the effectiveness and research progress of itraconazole,fluconazole,miconazole,clotrimazole and lactobacillus in the treatment of RVVC. |
